@algernon Please consider that a large portion of current Tisza voters are in fact lefties or other ppl disagreeing with lots of common nationalist bs: my enemies enemy is my friend. So a more realistic picture is a rainbow coalition (very unstable) standing behind one right-wing candidate to beat the fascist. @petko

Fidesz' massive defeat comes despite:
- multiple active Russian disinformation campaigns
- the US government actively supporting Fidesz
- Fidesz owning the majority of TV & radio stations + newspapers
- Fidesz having gerrymandered the crap out of the country
- many documented cases of voter suppression & paying disinfrenchised voters for support
- Fidesz pouring unprecedented $$$ into their campaign

Feeling a little proud of my country for the first time in a while 🇭🇺

Good news from . Looks like a landslide victory for . They most likely will have 2/3 in the parliament. Orbán just conceded.
I've been looking forward to this day for sixteen years.

@algernon I don't have a crystal ball either just wanted to highlight that as a somewhat counter-intuitive fact. Another thing they mentioned that every Fidesz voter turned worth "double points" (obviously) and I don't think that rate is <=0 either (you seem to be disagreeing on the numbers of the polls here).

@algernon The stats guy told Telex that ~200k Fidesz voters simply died of old age (while ppl don't become Fidesz voters as they get old)

@nf3xn @joxean These are the official results, beware that atm processed rate is statistically meaningless (refresh once in a while):
