X sues Media Matters over report about ads appearing next to Nazi posts

News of the lawsuit coincided with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s announcing an investigation into Media Matters for possible fraudulent activity.

“It is just over,” journalist @caseynewton told The Post.

“If you wouldn’t join Gab, or Parler, or Truth Social, there’s no reason you should be on X. I think it’s time for journalists and publishers, in particular, to acknowledge the new reality and to get the heck off that website.”

Three days ago, @washingtonpost @washingtonpost reported that 1 out of every 200 people in Gaza have been killed.

That is obscene, and nobody is fucked up, antisemitic, or a “terrorism apologist” by virtue of opposing it.

this Chait piece sucks. Objecting to the wholesale slaughter of civilians in Gaza is not, in itself, #antisemitism. His “nuance” posture around this feels pretty thin & perfunctory.
