If only search was considered in Mastodons design...

@cR0w mastodon search lets you use "in:library" to search for all the stuff thats in your personal timeline, which may help

I might be wrong, but it's probably not enough for a tooth to simply be in your timeline for it to surface in a "in:library" search. I think you need to have interacted with the toot in some specific way, like starring it.

@buherator @asciimoo 's @hister supports mastodon, give it a try...

@cR0w if search still works on infosecexchange, you can do in:library to search only your own toots. if the media has alt text, this search will also find any terms you look for in there as well.
