Time dilation can be observed in the proximity of large masses and software that is supposed to crash.

@buherator it could be that the crashing software has created a large volume of information, for example by a non-terminating regression or loop.

Since mass, energy, and information are all equivalent, a large blob of information causes time dilation just like a large mass.
