why was eth0 renamed to eno1? (also using an e-ink monitor in text mode is a very aesthetic combo)

@wdormann @xabean @th The fun thing with consistent naming is that by making names consistent it renders them inconsistent with the previous, non-consistent name, that would've remained consistent if you didn't change anything :)

@buherator @wdormann @th I love it when I do an OS update and suddenly my firewall rules fail to apply because em0/em1 (both on-motherboard NICs) suddenly become enp3s0/em1.
