kinda irked that windows 11 still internally identifies itself as NT 10.0, the same as Windows 10

like at least Windows 7 had the courtesy to bump its kernel version to 6.1 (vs Vista's 6.0), and 8 going to 6.2

heck, Windows 8.1 even bumped its internal version number to NT 6.3!

@mikoto pretty sure they abandoned the old NT version variable for a new one that changed format like 5 times since it was introduced for Windows 10
