It seams #Microsoft doesn't allow anymore to associate the legacy #notepad c:\Windows\system32\notepad.exe with the .csv file type. Not even after I removed the #AI bloated #UWP version of Notepad from the system.

@sassdawe I don't know what your problem is, there are perfectly good cloud databases in Azure that can scale for arbitrary sized csv datasets for only $8.99/h during Black November!
