This ware already has some correct guesses.
So here is my confirmation. It is a "RioVolt" MP3 Discman.
I used it quite a lot back in the days, but it is broken now.
Not sure what exactly is wrong. The disc motor does not spin properly, the voltage at the input of the driver chip is flaky.
But I could not yet identify the voltage regular for this part of the circuit. The motor itself seems to be fine.
