I just tried to do a muscle up for the first time. Haha holy fuck how the hell is that supposed to even work mechanically

@wirepair yeah it's tricky, you have to gain some circular momentum below and bend over the bar a bit

If you're struggling with the shoulder flexibility necessary to do them, I found that the variation in the rings is a little more forgiving at the cost of having to develop a bit more core stability.
