Seit 1. Oktober 2022 ist (in Österreich) in der #StVO der Überholabstand von Kraftfahrzeugen zu Radfahrern geregelt. Ein Jahr darauf hat eine Umfrage des Kuratoriums für Verkehrssicherheit gezeigt: 73 % der #Kfz hielten beim Überholen von Fahrrädern im Ortsgebiet den vorgeschriebenen Seitenabstand nicht ein.
