What is a good, modern self-hosted wiki platform? I do not want to use wikimedia and the like.

My usual fallback is dokuwiki but it annoys me sometimes.

I am specifically using it for keeping track of lore and other information for a fictional world/setting that I have been working on for 20 years (finally digitising parts of it).

@siina https://js.wiki/ (edited) is pretty nice for simple stuff.

@siina Do you want other people to use it? If so, that brings in a load of account-management and anti-spam requirements. If not, the wiki built into fossil is quite nice.
