I am supposed to have the most maxed out version of Lenovo P14 of 2023 and while the load is around 35% on all resources (cpu, memory, disk utilization) I can't do shit while Defender is running a full scan. WTF?!

@sassdawe Defender usually chokes IO. Are you sure you get up-to-date results (considering you can't use the system otherwise, perf/GUI updates may be late too)?

@buherator I am not even sure anymore that I can trust anything a computer might show me...
