@taylorlorenz i feel like it marks me as a certain type of stodgy crank that the FOSS / federated / self-hosted nature of fediverse software is enough to make me root for it to succeed these other models, even when some of them seem basically pretty fun.

Is it based on #nostr or #mastodon? I think that would mean that from the get go they have like millions of people useing their “platform”, right 😂 ?

@taylorlorenz Seems to be structured very similarly to Hive from the descriptions.
