seems reasonable to assume they’re referring to Joe “Oakman” Golinske (the very tall PB who was trying to be famous for a minute before disappearing and subsequently being outed as a sex offender), but I wonder why he would be exempt from their imaginary BULLETPROOF status in this regard…
