@TomSellers They round up to the nearest hundred so people don't argue about the decimals, as the current custom appears to be.
KPI 101: If you don't like what you are measuring, change the way you measure it.
This reminds me of a place where I used to work where the CEO measured uptime for all services by determining if ANY service at the data center was up.
Him: We have 99.999% uptime
Me: We have single event outages longer than that...
