I feel incredibly sorry for you and the fact that you can't let go of something like a social media account tells me everything I need to know about you. I don't want to socialize with someone that can't see Twitter for what it has become. Harsh? Sorry Not Soooorry!

When I quit that place in June 2021, it was immediate, and it was permanent. Give yourself some peace and just let it go!
