@buherator I haven't had the misfortune to have to deal with any recently but quite a long time ago on *more than one occasion* 🤷‍♀️ encountered the worst dickhead former ICL people, some of whom had stolen ICL ip to set themselves up as continuation providers which we were phasing out. I dread to think what it was like working for ICL. Enormous satisfication showing them the exit to their great surprise.
