We've got thousands of customers, but all of them log in to their own hosted Console (instead of a single multi-tenanted SaaS app).

(More work for us, but significantly more secure for customers).

Read our Marco Slaviero on making unfashionable choices: "Unfashionably secure: why we use isolated VMs"

@chx That's super interesting.. do you mean that folks just choose to skip articles with illustrations like that? or some sorta algorithmic down-voting?

@ThinkstCanary @chx It's definitely a negative sign for my squishy human brain.

@buherator @chx -sigh- it's not actually in the post.. @haroonmeer snuck it into the twoots thinking he was clever... will let it slide and will motivate to have him flogged later...

@ThinkstCanary @buherator @haroonmeer I definitely will skip any articles that use AI illustrations. On Facebook where I am only friends with a few dozen people, real life friends, I am unfriending those who post such and do not delete when asked. It's stolen art and , well , see the attached definitely not AI illustration.

@chx @buherator @haroonmeer This has kicked off a huge discussion internally.

About half the ppl internally feel as strongly as you do. (We will avoid it going forward).

Thanks for raising it!

@ThinkstCanary +1 on not using imagery generated by ‘AI’, especially not when it pictures someone whose apparent idea of safety is welding using sunglasses as protection 🤪

Also, you can edit the post. Just remove it, make a note as to why you did so?
